MLP refreshes branding to reflect
corporate growth and geographical expansion
MLP,
formally known as Managed Living Partnerships, has announced a major new
rebranding programme to launch April 2015.
MLP is
a London based property management company and is
independently owned by its two main Directors. This allows it complete
dedication and flexibility in its service.
After
six years of steady growth, Directors Nigel Glen and
Richard Kozak have invested further in the business to underpin the
professional and dedicated property management service available from MLP.
Both Directors were once Freehold Company
Directors, so were familiar with the shortcomings of many managing agents in
London. “In setting up MLP, we decided to provide precisely the service we
wanted, but weren’t getting when we were on a property management board,” says
Richard, “and it seems to have worked, since new clients are coming on board on
a continuous basis.”
A comprehensive customer-facing rebrand
With geographical growth throughout London
and over a thousand units now under management, MLP decided it was time for an
updated image for the company. As a result, the MLP logo has been re-designed,
the website has been re-visited and refreshed, and virtually every aspect of
the company’s customer-facing operation is undergoing a re-brand. It all adds
up to a very proper reflection of MLP’s growing reputation as the management company of choice
for London residential apartment blocks.
