A new year prompted a new announcement for MLP and we are now excited to share that HML Hawksworth Limited, the subsidiary of HML Holdings plc, covering the geographical area of central and east London has purchased the entire share capital of MLP.

RECENT MLP APPOINTMENTS TO IMPORTANT INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS
Dr Nigel Glen was recently appointed as a Council member of ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents) at the association's Annual General Meeting, which was held on the 4th November 2015. Nigel is committed to continuing ARMA’s work to improve standards across the sector.
In addition, Samantha Massey was appointed as a Director of the IRPM (The Institute of Residential Property Management) at the association's Annual General Meeting, which was held on the 30th September 2015. Samantha is committed to upholding IRPM's aims and objectives, and is also keen to represent the IRPM positively - to both the general public and within the property management profession.

Following on from a highly successful last 12 months, we're in the running to win both 'London Property Management Company of the Year' and 'New Build Property Management Company of the Year' at the up-coming Property Management Awards 2015-16, which recognises and rewards excellence in the property management sector.
